    Job Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead the design and implementation of CRM solutions for our new B2B offerings. Responsibilities include understanding end-to-end processes, evaluating existing systems, and developing scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures security, scalability, and performance standards are met.

    • Analyze and understand business requirements to design efficient and effective IT solutions.
    • Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and system integration plans.
    • Assess the feasibility of implementing new solutions and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other IT professionals to ensure cohesive implementation.
    • Design solutions that are scalable and capable of handling future growth.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, design decisions, and configurations.
    • Submit technical architecture to IT architects for review and ensure that developers strictly comply with architecture guidelines.
    • Act as an Agile product owner, create stories (Jira), conduct sprint planning and prioritization, act as a direct interface to developers.
    • Manage the implementation of new IT releases in SIT and production.
    • Ensure a first layer of integration and functional testing on delivered functionalities and organize detailed testing by relevant business stakeholders.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
    • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues related to scalability and efficiency.
    • Mentor and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies.

    Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Proven experience with a minimum of 10 years as a Solutions Architect or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of enterpriselevel IT architectures, systems, and technologies.
    • Very good knowledge of CRM solutions and associated functions (sales management, product catalog, offer management, eshop, service provisioning, care, selfcare, billing, invoicing). Knowledge in MS Dynamics or Salesforce is a plus.
    • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, security, database systems, and API/REST services design.
    • Proficiency in using architecture modeling tools and methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with an internet service provider.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPBX, and cloudbased architectures.
    • Strong understanding of endtoend processes (from offer to cash, etc.).
    • Handson mentality.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence.
    • Very good oral and written communication in English. French and German are a plus.
