Its software and technology solutions enable institutions to store, trade, issue and manage any type of digital asset - such as crypto and digital currencies, digital securities, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) - with the highest possible security and agility.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Customer Success team.

As a member of our team, you will be working closely with blockchain experts, software engineers and partner organizations to enable our clients turn their projects into commercial success.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Develop a deep expertise of the product, its foundations, its uses, and its technical features
Develop a deep expertise of the digital asset, security, banking and custody domains
Develop a deep expertise of system integration best practices and banks' needs
Produce documentation, demo content and diagrams aimed at customers as well as internal units
Support full deployments, configuration and onboarding of the product onpremises
Develop, or supervise the development, of custom scripts and modules to support the client integration

Collaborate cross-units to support the product, sales and delivery teams

Collaborate with the Product unit to define the functional architecture
Support the Product and Sales units in their technical sales efforts with prospective customers, such as technical sales meetings and requests for information
Work with the Information unit to support the delivery process with the needed product and technical expertise
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
Work closely with delivery management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions

Contribute to the support escalation process

Be part of the level 2 support team to solve unresolved level 1 issues according to the service level agreements

Key tech competencies

Hands on experience with Azure
Restful APIs
Kubernetes
Docker, Podman
Helm
Comfort with one or more: Python/Scala/Java/Golang
Scripting & Automation
Bonus: Terraform

Soft skills

Autonomous
Ability to drive PoCs and integrations with third parties systems
Learner
Strong communication skills and ability to run analysis independently.
General knowledge on blockchains (L2, UTXO Chains, Polkadot, Solana, etc)
25 years' relevant experience
