Sie sind für die Akquisition von Neukunden im Kredit- und Anlagebereich und den Aufbau/ das profitable Wachstum des bestehenden, eigenen Kundenportefeuilles im Finanzierungsbereich zuständig
Sie verantworten die bedürfnisorientierte Betreuung und Beratung der anspruchsvollen Bestandes- und Zielkunden, führen Finanzierungsgespräche und stellen einen qualitativ hochwertigen Kundenservice sicher
Sie erstellen Finanzierungs- und Kreditanträge zuhanden der bewilligenden Kreditinstanzen
Sie stellen ein fortlaufendes Kreditrisiko Monitoring sicher und halten die Compliancevorgaben bei sämtlichen Kundenbeziehungen ein (KYC-Dokumentation, AML, KYC, MIFID usw.)
Sie schöpfen Up-/Cross-Selling Potenziale aus und stellen die Kundenprofitabilität sicher
Sie verantworten die Dokumentation sämtlicher Kundenaktivitäten im CRM
Sie halten sich kontinuierlich auf dem Laufenden und bilden sich weiter, um das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld aufrecht zu erhalten

Nos exigences

Sie verfügen über eine Banklehre und eine höhere Bank- oder Wirtschaftsausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine SAQ-Zertifizierung. Ihre mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schweizer Bankengeschäft mit Fokus im Hypothekenbereich befähigt Sie, unsere anspruchsvolle Kundschaft gesamtheitlich, schnell und zuverlässig zu betreuen und zu beraten. Die Anlayse von Bilanz- und Erfolgsrechnungen sowie das Erkennen von potentiellen Kreditausfallrisiken bereit Ihnen keine Mühe. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie von Vorteil über Avaloq-Kenntnisse sowie über gutes Anwenderwissen der Microsoft Office-Tools. Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache, jede weitere Fremdsprache (Französisch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse) rundet Ihr Profil ab. Ihre tadellosen Umgangsformen, Ihr sicheres Auftreten, Ihre gepflegte äussere Erscheinung sowie Ihr engagiertes, selbständiges Agieren runden das Anforderungsprofil ab.
