Description:

We are seeking a Senior Broker specialised in Fx Forward CHF to join the team in Zurich.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage business development for the expansion of services to existing clients and procuring new clients.
Pro-actively communicates regularly with clients in an effort to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain and grow existing accounts and identify new key relationships and drive sales opportunities.
Suggest improvements to operational processes and ways to make servicing customer requests more efficient and scalable.
Understand the desk's business strategy and seek to identify new business.
On-board new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team.
Expand the groups brand into new geographical markets.
Assess client needs and financial conditions to identify internal cross selling opportunities.


Exigences:


Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an Inter-dealer-broker (IDB)
Successful proven track record and experience within a financial brokerage firm (existing client base is a must)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and a proven ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Unlimited motivation to contribute to the broader team goals, as well as personal success.
Excellent in customer relationship building, great sense of organisation and autonomy
Fluency in English, German and other language is an asset.
