Technical Support Coordinator

This is a key role that ensures communication between the field, after-sales service teams, and technical office to continuously improve machine performance and reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform functionality tests on machining centers
• Identify, analyze, and document technical points to optimize or correct
• Actively participate in machine improvements
