- Supervisionar a manutenção e a reparação de equipamentos mecânicos, pneumáticos e hidráulicos a bordo do navio para um funcionamento eficaz, tendo em conta a segurança do pessoal, o equipamento e a proteção do ambiente.
- Coordenar e assegurar que toda a manutenção e reparação dos equipamentos mecânicos, pneumáticos e hidráulicos sejam feitas de forma segura e prudente.
- Supervisionar as equipas de manutenção preventiva diária.
- Fluência na língua inglesa falada e escrita.
- Certificações interacionais relacionadas com área de actividade.
- Licença Ilimitada de 1o, 2o ou 3 o Engenheiro válida
- Conhecimento de cálculos técnicos de engenharia e bons conhecimentos de Informática na óptica do utilizador.
- Nível de ensino médio ou equivalente.
- Ensino Técnico concluído na área de marinha mercante.
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiencia na posição de segundo e terceiro engenheiro e 5-8 anos de experiência na posição 1° Engenheiro.
