- Leitung der Gruppe inklusive Personalverantwortung. Dabei stehen sowohl eine optimale Planung und Umsetzung der Projekte und des Ressourceneinsatzes sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter in besonderem Fokus.
- Personelle Führung der Mitarbeiter in einer motivierenden und zielorientierten Weise nach den Roche Leadership Commitments.
- Gewährleistung eines kompetenten, leistungsfähigen, termingerecht und GMP-konform arbeitenden Team «Sample Management» und Unterhalt einer adäquaten Infrastruktur zur Durchführung dieser Tätigkeiten
- Unterstützung der Inspektionsvorbereitungen für die Gruppe (inkl. Erstellung themenspezifischer Präsentationen, Sicherstellung der Inspection readiness)
- Verantwortung für Lifecycle Management derArbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und anderen relevanten GMP-Dokumenten
- Mitarbeit in globalen Expertengremien und Projekten im Zusammenhang mit Sample Management.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit naturwissenschaftlich-/ technischem Hintergrund Ingenieurswesen, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Pharmazie)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung. Erfahrung im Quality Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und nachweislicher Erfolg in der Weiterentwicklung von Talenten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein selbstsicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit

The Position
Die Abteilung «Quality Control Basel/Kaiseraugst» ist die grösste und vielfältigste Qualitätskontrollabteilung im gesamten Roche-Netzwerk. Die Abteilung ist neben der mikrobiologischen und chemisch/physikalischen Untersuchung von Markt- und Entwicklungsprodukten, Wirkstoffen und Direktmaterialien auch für die Analytik von Fälschungen und Beanstandungen zuständig. Das QC-Support Team schafft mit seinen Serviceleistungen Rahmenbedingungen innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle, damit unsere heutigen und zukünftigen Medikamente schnell in hoher Qualität getestet und an die Patienten geliefert werden können. Diese Serviceleistungen beinhalten unter Anderem:
Das Team QC Sample Management Kaiseraugst bildet das Eingangstor in die Qualitätskontrolle. Dadurch ist das Team mit zahlreichen lokalen und globalen Kunden und Partnern im engen Austausch.
Zweck
Als Unit Lead Sample Management in Kaiseraugst führst Du ein engagiertes Team mit circa 15 Mitarbeitenden und begleitest die Gruppe auf der Reise in die Selbstorganisation. Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für die Gruppenmitglieder und alle von Dir zu betreuenden Aufgaben. Weiter bist du Teil des QC Support Leadership Teams sowie des QC extended Leadership Teams und kannst somit die Zukunft der Gruppe und der Abteilung aktiv mitgestalten. Gleichzeitig wirst Du einen spannenden Einblick in QC-relevante Themen mit den Schnittstellenabteilungen in der Qualitätskontrolle Basel/Kaiseraugst erhalten sowie bei der Einführung neuer elektronischer Systeme das Team bei der praktischen Umsetzung unterstützen.
