- Implementation of approval and notification procedures in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) as well as the preparation of the associated application documents
- Handling of official inquiries and inspections
- Training, information and advice to companies on environmental protection issues, in particular on matters relating to the BImSchG and associated legal and administrative provisions
- Preparation of annual environmental reports in accordance with legal requirements
- Deadline tracking and planning of emission measurements required by licensing law with corresponding documentation of the measurement results
- Carrying out emission measurements including sampling, analysis or sample shipment in accordance with TA-Luft and VDI guidelines
- Monitoring and coordination of emission measurements by external measurement institutes
- Creation and maintenance of environmental databases/documentation
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree in the field of environmental technology or comparable technical studies, alternatively successfully completed training as an environmental technician with professional experience
- Professional experience in the field of environmental and permit management advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of recording and documenting complex processes
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP as well as experience with databases
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Class B driving licence
- Confident, binding appearance towards internal and external customers
- Independent way of working in combination with initiative and ability to work in a team
