- Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assists with post-sale activities, including ensuring a smooth handover to customer support teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Shares expertise and best practices with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Stays current with and promotes the use of sales technologies, tools, and software that can enhance the sales process.
- Ensures that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and organization policies.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
