- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Umsetzung von Digital Marketing-Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Internationalen Medien- & Digitalagenturen
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Print-und Werbeproduktionen unter Einhaltung der CI/CD
- Unterstützung des Online Reputation Management als Schnittstelle zu Guest Relations (Fotos, Öffnungszeiten, Daten etc.)
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von hotelrelevantem Content (Beschreibungen, Zahlen, Fakten), Fotos und Verlinkungen auf Websites (Consortia, OTA, Reiseveranstalter, Mitgliedschaften, Partner, Tourismusorganisationen, Netzwerke etc.)
- Unterstützung bei lokalen und nationalen Promotionen in Bereichen F&B, Rooms & SPA und des hauseigenen Clubs "GreenGo"
- Durchführung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder Tourismus und Marketing
- Hohes Mass an Kreativität und Ideenreichtum, kombiniert mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Medien und aktuellen Marketinginstrumenten
- Gutes grafisches Verständnis sowie erste Erfahrungen der gängigen Content-Management-Systeme
- Konzeptionelle, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozial-und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit InDesign, gerne auch Video-Editier-Programmen, sowie der gängigen MS-Office Programme
