About the role


The role of the Marketing Coordinator, Retail is to offer day to day support and assistance to Retail Marketing team in managing internal and external processes and relationships.

This role will facilitate the online retailer HHB brand experience and visibility and the ownership of the ePOS Marketing processes, to bring our EMEA vision to life in key channels whilst enabling the personalization across our key retailers and ensuring on time, best in class delivery.

What you'll do in the role

E-RETAILER ASSETS DEVELOPMENT & SALES SUPPORT

  • Tailor generic assets to meet retailer / eretailer specific guidelines as part of key brand campaigns at retailers working with internal creative teams (e.g. banners etc)
  • Developing bespoke marketing activity e.g. retailer specific activation upon sales team/customer specific requests
E-RETAILER BRAND EXPERIENCE EXECUTION

  • Responsible of the eretailer content (product page creation / rich content) deployment liaising with internal and external stakeholders and using syndication tools (loadbee, Salsify, C-Net) ensuring on time implementation ahead of product launch/brand campaigns
  • Responsible of performing regular digital content audit at key eretailers to ensure best in class brand experience online and its implementation.
  • Manage the deployment and update of our Brand stores at eretailers
BEST PRACTISE/KPIs SHARING & RETAIL MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Communicate quarterly key initiatives to promote best practice internally (monthly/quarterly update)
  • Back up and support the Retail marketing team members on other offline/online retailer specific activations
What will help you do the job well


Essential:

  • University Degree with a marketing bias or at least 3 years demonstrating a similar skillset
  • Project management skills/Operational discipline
  • Good financial awareness/business analysis & Cross functional knowledge
  • Strong MS office knowledge (ppt and xls especially)
  • Experience of managing reports
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Any other European language is an asset
