At Evooq, we are building an ecosystem of solutions that combine data, technology and investment expertise.

Finance professionals use our solutions to rapidly identify investment opportunities, make informed decisions and manage the risk and the lifecycle of the investments.

Moreover, Evooq is organized according to a flat structure, through highly autonomous teams and by privileging trust and responsibility.

Support team and employees sensitive work-related topics related but not limited to people's support, performance management, interpretation of company policy, conflict resolution, and culture and values initiatives

Responsibilities:

Ensure full employee lifecycle management (administrative onboarding and offboarding, contracts, arrival coordination, social insurances and other declarations) for Zurich's office
Coordinate with CPO on sensitive and specific people support
Employee support for administrative request
Actively support people and culture key strategic initiatives such performance process implementation, culture of feedback or any other meaningful HR initiative and project
Your profile
Strong HR Generalist profile, with at least 58 years of experience working in an international and fast pace company.
At least 3 to 5 years working in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of Swiss HR and legal aspects is mandatory
Background in tech would be awesome
Well balanced and positive personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for your work, strong interest in Tech
Strong "can do" attitude", able to roll up the sleeves and get things done
English fluent, German and/or Swiss Germain fluent too, any additional language would be an asset
