- Unterstützung des strategischen Beschaffungsteams bei der Überprüfung, Verhandlung und Neuformulierung bestehender Qualitätsvereinbarungen mit Lieferanten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung neuer Qualitätsvereinbarungen mit neuen oder bestehenden Lieferanten
- Unterstützung des strategischen Beschaffungsteams bei Lieferantenaudits
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen dem operativen Beschaffungsteam und den Lieferanten
- Du fungierst als Fachexperte für alle damit zusammenhängenden Qualitätsverfahren der Zulieferer und gewährleistest die Einhaltung der einschlägigen Verfahren
- Unterstützung der Produktion bei Lieferantenproblemen
- Erstellung von Prüfplänen für den Wareneingang
- Unterstützung der Quality Engineers bei der Überprüfung und Freigabe der Teststrategie, Testpläne und Testberichten bei der Umsetzung von Produkt- und Prozessänderungen und deren Verifizierungen
- Unterstützung der Quality Engineers bei der Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Konformität von Prozessen und Produkten im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätsmethoden nach ISO 13485 und 21 CFR Teil 11 und 820
- Naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Materialwissenschaft, Physik, Verfahrenstechnik, etc.)
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung und der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards der Medizinprodukteindustrie (21 CFR Teil 11 und 820, Verordnung (EU) 2017/745, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 9001)
- Strukturierte Denkweise idealerweise kombiniert mit QM Techniken wie Ishikawa, 5 why, Fehlerbaum, etc.
- Grundkenntnisse statistischer Methoden sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Bereich Risk Management, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude bei der Moderation von Diskussionen
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse oder Bereitschaft, diese eigenständig zu erlernen
- Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von Jira & Confluence sind von Vorteil
