As Customer Experience Agent you will be responsible for an efficient and innovative realization of the "Order to Cash" process for our customers.

What you will do:

  • Drives operational excellence of a qualitative high Customer Service
  • Order management
  • Customer contact and provide solution for questions and problems in the whole "Order to Cash" process
  • Deputy Head of Customer Service
  • Identifying and uncovering individual customer demands and improving of the process through cooperation with the team
  • You will contribute to your team's continuous learning and success by engaging in crossteam projects that contribute to meaningful customer experience improvements

What you offer:

  • Completed commercial training with further training in process management or business economics/supply chain management is an advantage
  • Ideally first managerial experience
  • SAPknowledge and ITaffinity
  • You are an articulate communicator
  • Strong doer qualities and the urge to want to make a difference
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
  • Curious and open
  • You are empathetic and enjoy overcoming challenges in a team
