- Participate in requirement refinement and planning quality assurance activities.
- Work closely together with Development Team and Product Owner to provide support in quality assurance.
- Create, maintain, and manage test plans and scenarios.
- Participate in full sprint cycle ways of working together with the team from Development to Delivery scope.
- Understand and foresee quality state of product and deliverables.
- Ensure regular QA reporting is organized and done.
- Analyze test and defect results, improve ways of working and artifacts accordingly.
- Drive QA Ways of Working to improve Testing Excellence and Test Management.
- Open minded, QA Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience in Application Testing – Frontend and Backend parts of the product.
- Experience in managing testing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins, Selenium, Databases, Linux, and git.
- Experience in testing Soap and REST APIs.
- Hands on experience in Test Management Tools.
- Knowledge of different QA Methodologies.
- Experience in transforming requirements to testing artifacts.
- Participation in IT Audits.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Bachelor's or master's degree or relevant education considered as an advantage.
- Interest in Testing industry evolution and CI / CD Practices.
- Experience in scripting – JS, Python, or any other.
- ISTQB Foundations Certification.
- Basic Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
