    Mission:


    Au sein d'une équipe moderne, dynamique et fun, nous vous proposons une aventure passionnante et multi projets qui vous permettra de mettre en lumière vos compétences et vos talents.

    • Vous serez le consultant principal sur différents projets d'implémentation CRM
    • Vous interviendrez sur des projets complexes, pour des entreprises internationales ou des PME.
    • Vous implémenterez les solutions les plus à même de fournir les résultats attendus.
    • Vous ferez évoluer l'ensemble des solutions existantes, et partagerez vos connaissances pour conseiller sur les choix les plus judicieux.
    • En tant que consultant/consultante permanent de notre entreprise, vous serez en contact direct avec les managers clients sur les différents sites, et resterez à jour sur l'évolution des produits

    Votre rôle:

    • En fonction de votre expérience, vous êtes responsables des projets de mise en œuvre des solutions Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing
    • Déterminer les exigences en collaboration avec le client et les mettre en œuvre.
    • Créer des concepts de solutions techniques innovants et évolutifs, identifier leurs potentiels d'automatisation et créer des concepts de solutions.
    • Participer aux projets de mise en œuvre
    • Configurer et adapter la solution Dynamics 365 sur la base des concepts établis.
    • Coordonner les équipes de développement
    • Soutenir les activités d'acquisition et d'avant-vente ainsi que l'élaboration des offres.

    Votre profil:

    • Expérience confirmée dans l'implémentation de solutions Dynamics 365 CRM / dataverse
    • Maîtrise des solutions Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Services
    • Connaissance des outils d'automatisation tels que Power Automate
    • Expérience des différents composants de Power Platform tels que : Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages et Dataverse.
    • Expérience dans la formation des utilisateurs finaux
    • Expérience dans la gestion de projet un plus
