- Identify and select partners aligned with the company's strategic objectives and assist in their onboarding process.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, for daily issues and work on resolution. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing clear and concise information and guidance.
- Identify recurring inefficiencies and problems and actively suggest solutions to management.
- Help to set up and streamline work processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, precise, organized, and reliable working style.
- A willingness to learn new tasks and perform them autonomously.
- Able to work well autonomously and in a team, and a good team player who can integrate and work in a multicultural team/environment.
- Experienced with MS Office tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any other language will be an advantage.
- An understanding of financial markets and products.
- An interest in the operational side of financial products.
