    For our client, a renowned fiduciary in Geneva, we are offering a position as: Head of fiduciary accountants. For a full-time position to be filled ideally before February 1st. Head of fiduciary accountants H/F DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Leadership and team management Encadre and lead a team of accountants while promoting their professional development and technical skills through coaching (trainees, junior accountants, senior accountants). Coordinate resources to optimize team performance and meet deadlines. Encourage a stimulating work environment focused on technical aspects and quality Ensure compliance of financial and other accounting deliverables with Swiss accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure a high level of technical quality, notably through risk reviews and the implementation of quality controls. Autonomous management of a client portfolio. Be one of the technical referents. Client management Maintain and develop relationships with our clients by being their main contact for all accounting questions. Understand the specific needs and issues of each client, propose tailored solutions and guarantee quality support that adds value to clients. Contribution to and implementation of the growth strategy of the Accounting Department. Identify opportunities for internal processes and propose solutions, get involved in cross-departmental fiduciary projects, and promote them: At minimum X of certified accountant and any expertise/diploma X: At least 5 years in a similar role within a fiduciary in Switzerland. Previous experience in team management. Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax standards. Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and management skills.
