Beschreibung

The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • This position will contribute significantly to the continued buildout of the Talent Acquisition function, working on building out our recruiting capability to support our businesses that operate in the region.
  • Collaborate with executivelevel stakeholders regarding recruitment across all business units, functions across the region at TE.
  • Lead and develop a large team of Talent Acquistion professionals across multiple counties.
  • Deliver results around key KPIs for recruitment across Time, Quality, Cost and Governance.
  • Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation and improvement of recruiting tools and processes.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to attract diverse and highquality talent.
  • Lead strategic talent mapping, pipelining and/or competitive intelligence projects, utilizing creative strategies and tools to build diverse talent pools and position TE as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Develop strong linkages to the human resources, talent management and compensation communities to increase partnership and alignment around key TE talent objectives.
  • Partner closely with recruitment vendors and suppliers to deliver the best outcomes for the business.

What your background should look like:

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across multiple countries and functional areas.
  • 5+ years of Executive (C-Suite) level recruitment experience in a global, manufacturing environment (a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent postsecondary degree
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a newly established team, with the ability to balance daytoday execution and longerterm projects focused on building capability.
  • Has excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence seniorlevel leaders internally and externally.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to concisely convey complex information to executive audiences.
  • Process and metrics orientation: ability to contribute to the development and improvement of executive recruiting process and metrics.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of global technology and industrial markets.
