- Nachhaltige Sicherstellung des Zinsertrages vom Profit Center Treasury
- Bewirtschaftung des Finanzanlagenportfolios als Teil der Liquiditätsreserve und zur Ertragsoptimierung
- Enge Verfolgung der Entwicklungen an den Finanz- und Kapitalmärkten und Abschluss von Zinsrisikoabsicherungen (z. B. Interest Rate Swaps)
- Einhaltung von internen Risikolimiten (Zero Tolerance) und revisionstaugliche Erstellung der Hedge-Dokumentationen
- Hochschulabschluss (Universität / Fachhochschule) in Banking, Finance, VWL oder Naturwissenschaften. Weiterbildungen wie CFA oder FRM von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Asset Liability Management und Treasury als Risk Manager
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Bankbilanzen, Finanzmärkte, Finanzprodukte (IRS, Bonds) und Bankregulatorien
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, exakte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz (Teamfähigkeit) sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch- und Englisch (Unternehmenssprache ist Deutsch)
