Beschreibung
Basé sur Genève et placé sous l'autorité directe du Responsable de Service, vous assurez les missions suivantes :
- Vous serez responsable de la rentabilité de vos affaires, en assurez le suivi et la gestion financière ;
- Vous aurez en charge l'étude et le chiffrage des devis sur vos chantiers et sur nos sites en maintenance ;
- Vous serez garant du respect des engagements contractuels et budgétaires ;
- Vous supervisez l'organisation des interventions de vos monteurs, techniciens et assurez la gestion des équipements ;
- Vous pilotez également la sous-traitance ;
- Vous êtes force de proposition et apportez des suggestions d'amélioration au regard de la performance, du fonctionnement et de la sécurité ;
- Vous êtes en veille et savez saisir les opportunités de diversification et d'accroissement du département ;
- Vous respectez et faites respecter les règles de sécurité ;
- Vous êtes appelé à vous déplacer sur toute la Suisse Romande dans le cadre de vos projets.
• Vous avez une formation technique supérieure en froid industriel (technicien ES, ingénieur, IFFI, HES, es, BF, DF,...) ;
• Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en gestion de projets d'installations frigorifiques ;
• Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances techniques dans le domaine du froid. Les connaissances poussées dans le domaine de l'électricité et la régulation sont un plus ;
• Vous savez vous servir des outils informatiques usuels ;
• Vous avez un niveau opérationnel en anglais technique. La connaissance de la langue allemande est un plus.
• Vous êtes un bon communiquant, vous êtes organisé et avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
