Ihre Aufgaben:

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie, in Vertretung der fachtechnisch verantwortlichen Person (FvP), die Freigabeverantwortung für unsere generischen Wirkstoffe
Sie leiten ein 10-köpfiges Team und berichten direkt an die Abteilungsleitung
Zusammen mit Ihrem Team, betreuen Sie die generischen APIs von der Herstellung bis zur Marktfreigabe. Dazu gehört der Batch Record Review, die Sicherstellung der Produktkonformität mit internen Vorgaben und regulatorischen Anforderungen, die Batchfreigabe und die Versandkontrolle
Sie vertreten Ihren Verantwortungsbereich in Audits und Inspektionen und unterstützen andere Bereiche in Fragen der GMP-Compliance.
Im Rahmen Ihrer Führungsaufgaben schaffen Sie ein Umfeld von starkem Teamgeist und hoher Motivation. Sie fördern Flexibilität und offenen Umgang mit Veränderungen, unterstützen und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeitenden in Hinblick auf die Herausforderungen eines dynamischen und stark wachsenden Unternehmens weiter.

Ihr Profil:

M.Sc. oder Ph.D. in Chemie, Biologie oder Pharmazie
mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätssicherung, vorzugsweise in der Wirkstoffproduktion und 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung
Hohes Verständnis von Qualitätssicherungsaspekten und fundierte cGMP-Kenntnisse. Gute Kenntnisse der internationalen GMP-Regeln, insbesondere der EU und der USA
Fähigkeit, komplexe Ereignisse und Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen und intern und extern zu kommunizieren
Team- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Belastbare, dienstleistungsorientierte, kommunikative und flexible Persönlichkeit
Hohe Auffassungsgabe und entscheidungsfähige, strukturierte Persönlichkeit
Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung mit SAP, LIMS und Dokumenten- sowie Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
