- Du schaffst einen Mehrwert für Händler durch die Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Zahlungslösungen und -dienstleistungen und entwickelst neue Wege zur Erhöhung der Amex-Abdeckung in der Schweiz
- Du etablierst strategisch wichtige KPI's, z.B. Umsatzvolumen, Kundenzufriedenheit, etc.
- Du beobachtest die Marktentwicklung im Acquiring-Umfeld (Trends, Kundenbedürfnisse, relevante Technologien)
- Du unterstützt den Head of Acquiring bei der Erarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Produkt-/Angebots-/Geschäftsstrategie für das B2B Acquiring Business von Swisscard
- Du identifizierst und analysierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und potentielle Partnerschaften und Kooperationen und die Händlerbasis zu erweitern und neue Zielgruppen zu erreichen
- Du vertrittst das B2B-Geschäft gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
- Du entwickelst neue Konzepte, Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Business Cases und Projektvorschläge zur Beurteilung neuer Ideen (im Rahmen des Swisscard Innovation Management Ansatzes)
- Du adaptierst "Best Practices" von American Express für das Swisscard Merchant Acquiring Geschäfts
- Du verfügst über breite Erfahrung im Kreditkartengeschäft, idealerweise im Acquiring
- Du hast einen Universitätsabschluss (Bachelor oder Master)
- Du hast Interesse und Affinität zu IT und neuen Technologien (digitaler Vertrieb, digitales Marketing)
- Strategisches und konzeptionelles Arbeiten machen dir Spass
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und hast eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitseinstellung
- Du bist ein Team Player und kommunizierst gerne mit Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Leveln

In dieser Position trägst du aktiv zur Definition der Acquiring-Roadmap in Bezug auf Partnerschaften, neue Akquisitionskanäle und neue Technologien bei. Du bist Mitglied des Acquiring Management Teams und unterstützt aktiv die Gestaltung des Acquiring-Geschäfts von Swisscard.
Ein wesentlicher Aspekt der Aufgabe besteht in der Entwicklung des digitalen Akquisitionskanals und der Payment Facilitators Partnerschaft, die Verbesserung des Händlerportals, der Acquiring Prozesse allgemein und der Definition von neuen Preismodellen.
