    Stellenbeschreibung

    • Du bist Teil eines Teams von Quality Engineers, welche für die Qualitätsplanung, Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsverbesserung im B2B-Bereich zuständig sind
    • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Quality Assurance Engineering für eine Abteilung innerhalb des Herstellungsprozesses
    • Für die Komponente dieses Fertigungsschritts stellst du die Qualität der Produkte und Prozesse sicher, indem du relevante Standards, Systeme und Verfahren implementierst und durch regelmässige Tests und Inspektionen überprüfst
    • Du arbeitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der zuständigen Fertigungsabteilung und leitest Qualitäts-Workshops
    • Teilprojektleitung bei der Qualitätsplanung und -Qualifikation neuer Kundenanfragen aus verschiedenen Branchen

    Profil

    • Du hast eine technische Grundausbildung in der Optik-, Medizintechnik oder in einer ähnlichen streng regulierten Branche, mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung/Studium im Qualitätswesen
    • Du bringst fundierte Praxiskenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen mit, vorteilshafterweise in der Herstellung von Präzisionsteilen
    • Mit deinem analytischen Mindset und deinem Kommunikationstalent gelingt es dir, Qualitätskennzahlen zu analysieren, präsentieren und Teilprojekte zu leiten
    • Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagement Software und Systemen
    • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit
