Position Summary

As GBS Communications Business Partner you will create and implement a holistic communication and engagement strategy with a focus on the Integrated Business Services (IBS) team, providing employees with a sense of purpose and belonging.

In this role you will also reinforce a culture of dialogue and transparent communication approach within the organization encouraging active employee engagement, and work closely with the Global Business Services communications team, the Head of IBS and the IBS HR.

A Day in the Life of the GBS Communications Business Partner:

Reporting to the Head of GBS Communications, you will participate as a member of the IBS Leadership Team, developing and delivering a communication programme that supports the IBS strategy
Lead the conception and production of global internal communications strategies, plans, materials, events, toolkits and guidance that support the IBS Strategy
Support the IBS Head and leadership team in preparing communication material to market new services and provide updates on strategy, progress and achievements to Nestlé senior management
Provide communication support for organizational change activities, ensuring relevancy and consistency of messages (e.g., change management projects, organizational changes, etc.)
Manage external and internal issues that may affect employees, anticipating, monitoring and ensuring senior management awareness
Coordinate a virtual team of communications leads in each shared services center, influencing and coaching on local communication strategies and plans to ensure consistency with the global IBS strategy, vision and brand
Run global events and campaigns to connect employees to the business strategy, using a blend of media, virtual vs physical and global vs local activities to provide an immersive experience and maximize adoption

What will make you successful?

Good level of English, with strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize and prioritize messages
Experience in Digital communication, digital content creation and community management on social media is a plus
Experienced at identifying and managing stakeholder expectations, able to present complex topics at senior management level
Solid understanding of employee engagement strategies
Expertise in design, delivery and coordination of global events and campaigns
Highly motivated selfstarter, with the ability to effectively run multiple complex projects simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal skills, hardworking, empathetic, socially and culturally aware
Experience working in a matrix organization, in multidisciplinary teams and crossfunctional collaboration
