    JUNIOR PROJEKTLEITER LÖSCHANLAGEN

    RAUM Balsthal

    Dein Aufgabengebiet

    • Unterstützung bei Planung und Realisierung von Projekten ab der Übergabe bis und mit Abnahme von der
      Behörde, Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe beim Kunden sowie Übergabe an die interne Serviceabteilung
    • Ansprechperson für Kunde, Planer, Architekt und andere Unternehmer
    • Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit dem Projektteam
    • Terminüberwachung und Projektkorrespondenz
    • Erstellung von Ausführungs-, Montage- und Revisionsplänen und Fertigungszeichnungen sowie hydraulischen
      Berechnungen (Anlagenauslegung) bzw. die Kontrolle der vorgenannten Dokumente (Vier-Augen-Prinzip),
      vorgenanntes gemäss der Sprinkler-Richtlinien (SES, VdS, FM, etc.)
    • Unterstützung bei Projektabrechnungen, Kostencontrolling und Nachtragswesen
    • Sicherstellung einer technisch und qualitativ einwandfreien Umsetzung auf der Baustelle
      (Richtlinien/Konformität)
    • Teilnahme an Bau-/Koordinationssitzungen, Unterstützung bei der Koordination

    Das bringst du mit

    • Fachhochschule/etc. (z.B. Techniker HF in Richtung Gebäudetechnikplaner in Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär
    • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Haustechnik mit Weiterbildung betriebswirtschaftlich (z.B. auf
      Stufe HF, Handelsschule oder techn. Kaufmann)
    • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Projektgeschäft, vorzugsweise in der Baubranche, alternativ im Bereich
      Maschinenbau oder als Gebäudetechnikplaner (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär)
    • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word
    • Sehr gutes und stilsicheres Deutsch
    • CAD – Grundkenntnisse, bevorzugt AutoCAD
