    Aufgabe

    Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des EH&S-Programms (Umwelt, Hygiene und Sicherheit) für Otis Schweiz in Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Teams.

    Unterstützen und fördern Sie die Umsetzung spezifischer Projekte und Trainings, um die übergeordneten EH&S-Ziele zu unterstützen.

    Daten für das EH&S-Reporting (Audits, Trainings, Sicherheitskampagnen sowie die Unfalluntersuchung) verwalten und einen monatlichen Bericht für die Teams erstellen.

    Aufgaben

    Umsetzung der EH&S-Politik

  • Durchführung von Präventionskampagnen zur Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Best Practices identifizieren, die von allen Betrieben im Land geteilt werden können.
  • Trainings und Kommunikation für Otis-Mitarbeiter und Subunternehmer moderieren.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung geeignete Überwachungs- und Messkriterien, um die Wirksamkeit bestehender Richtlinien und Programme zu erleichtern und zu bewerten.

    • Unterstützung von Operationen

  • Analyse der Resultate der FPA- und Qualitätsaudits (BLW/OSA), die vom amtlichen Auditor durchgeführt werden, um daraus einen Aktionsplan zu erstellen.
  • Unterstützung der Operationen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle gesetzlichen Anforderungen in Bezug auf Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz bekannt sind, verstanden und in den Operationen ordnungsgemäß umgesetzt werden.
  • Beratung der Operationen zu allen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Programmen und Systemen für Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz.
  • Teilnahme an der jährlichen Bewertung des EH&S-Programms für die Operationen, um sicherzustellen, dass eine akzeptable Punktzahl erreicht wird.

    • Verfolgung von Unfällen und vermiedenen Zwischenfällen

  • Unterstützung von Operationen bei der Untersuchung von Unfällen, Beinaheunfällen, um sicherzustellen, dass wirksame Korrekturmaßnahmen ergriffen werden, um Wiederholungen zu vermeiden.
  • Die Grundursachen von Unfällen zu ermitteln und Korrekturmaßnahmenpläne zu entwickeln.
  • Sicherzustellen, dass die Daten für alle OTIS- und regulatorischen Anforderungen rechtzeitig verfügbar sind.

    • Qualifikationen/ Erfahrung

  • Berufsabschluss, Techniker/in HF oder gleichwertig.
  • Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r, Sicherheitsingenieur/in (EKAS) oder STPS-Spezialist/in.
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer EH&S-Abteilung, idealerweise in der Bau- oder Dienstleistungsbranche, Erfahrung mit Aufzügen ist von Vorteil.
  • Deutsche Muttersprache; und fließende Englischkenntnisse.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Tools, insbesondere Excel.
