- Homeoffice/Hybrid möglich
- Vertragsart: Festanstellung
- Pensum: 10–100 %
- Sprache: Deutsch (B2+)
- Lohn: CHF 1500–7500/Monat OTE (Fixum + Boni; je nach Pensum & Leistung)

Aufgaben:
- Privat- und Geschäftskunden zu finanzieller Vorsorge, Spar- & Anlagelösungen beraten (z. B. 3a/3b, ETF‑Sparpläne, Vorsorgefonds).
- Bedürfnisse analysieren, Finanzkonzepte & Angebote erstellen (ohne Versicherungen).
- Online- & Vor-Ort‑Termine durchführen; Nachbearbeitung im CRM.
- Bestand pflegen, Empfehlungen generieren und Follow-ups sichern.
Profil:
- Quereinsteiger willkommen; Erfahrung in Verkauf/Service von Vorteil.
- Kundenorientiert, kommunikativ, abschlusssicher und lernbereit.
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise; zuverlässige Termin- & CRM-Pflege.
