Join our Asset Management Technology Team to innovate in asset management. Contribute to strategic decisions, adopt emerging technologies, shape industry dialogue, and focus on execution. Ideal for those passionate about disruptive finance technologies.

The internship is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and will last 6 months from beginning of April until end of September 2024.

About the Role

Contribute to strategic decisions and drive the adoption of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Tokenized Assets through use case discovery, prioritization and delivery.
Facilitate and coordinate the adoption of technology platforms for citizen developers & analysts, including use case definition, training, and delivery.
Support the team in various management aspects such as communication and stakeholder management, ways of working and digital delivery, or in a project management role.

About the Team
The Asset Management Technology Team operates across four main locations globally and follows an agile approach without traditional hierarchies.

The Strategy & Digital Delivery team in Zurich bridges business and tech to deliver new technology use cases and empower business users with self-generated data insights.

We support Head of AM Technology in their strategic initiatives driving our digitally enabled operating model and the future foundation of tech and data platforms for Asset Managers.

About You

Currently pursuing a university degree, ideally master's, in Switzerland in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science, AI or Engineering ideally with a focus on the intersection between Technology and Business.
Strong interest in innovative technologies and financial services.
A fast learner, critical thinker and an effective communicator with business peers, development teams, and senior management.
Ideally, familiar with basics of data analytics (e.g., Power BI).
A team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Due to immigration regulations non-EU/EFTA and UK citizens must provide a certificate from a Swiss University confirming that an internship is integral to their course of study.
