    ER Services Sagl ricerca IT FUNCTIONAL ANALYST per cliente del Ticino attivo nella produzione di gioielli.

    RESPONSABILITA'

    • Analisi dei requisiti;

    • Definizione degli obiettivi;

    • Redazione di un documento di specifiche (analisi funzionale);

    • Configurazione/supporto alla programmazione, l'esecuzione di test (unit, integrazione e user acceptance test);

    • Training;

    • Supporto agli utenti;

    • Monitoraggio degli applicativi;

    • Risoluzione dei problemi applicativi;

    • Supporto agli utenti;

    • Implementazione di miglioramenti continui;

    • Esecuzione di minimi interventi correttivi;

    • Gestione delle emergenze.
    Attività

    • Analizza e interpreta la domanda degli utenti,

    • Valuta e classifica coerentemente i requisiti e identifica gli impatti sui sistemi;

    • Gestisce l'analisi dei problemi;

    • Progetta in autonomia o in collaborazione con gli altri analisti le soluzioni da realizzare e gestisce le iniziative;

    • Realizza minimi interventi correttivi sui sistemi;

    • Organizza il proprio lavoro ed eventualmente quello dei team esterni al fine di ottenere soluzioni informatiche affidabili e performanti;

    • Convalida gli applicativi eseguendo il test per assicurarsi che quanto rilasciato sia quanto richiesto;

    • Coordina gli utenti e i fornitori nelle fasi di test e rilascio;

    • Presidia le attività di supporto/correttiva controllando la qualità e la tempestività del servizio assicurato dai fornitori;

    • Sviluppa la documentazione per gli utenti finali.

    Requisiti

    • Laurea ad indirizzo informatico o scientifico;

    • Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 2 anni, preferibile esperienza da analista funzionale su sistemi ERP;

    • Conoscenza dei flussi e dei processi della supply chain e di vendita;

    • Capacità di lavorare in team multi-disciplinari e di fare da facilitatore su tematiche complesse;

    • Ottima capacità di analisi, problem solving e proattività;

    • Competenze di gestione progettuale e analisi di processo;

    • Capacità di prendere conoscenza delle principali piattaforme aziendali dal punto di vista funzionale e/o tecnico - ERP, POS, eCommerce, CRM;

    • Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;

    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;

    • Gradita conoscenza dei principali linguaggi di programmazione SQL, HTML, XML;

    • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office di Microsoft;

    • Buona conoscenza dello sviluppo software (demand, delivery, test).
