We are looking for a Sales Commissions Analyst to join our organization in Chiasso HQ.

This position is about taking a proactive role in driving sales commissions plans and calculations, ensuring accurate payments, reporting, and timely communication with members of the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions for Board sales personnel in accordance with Board's cadence and compensation plan framework;

Assist in onboarding of new hires and communications/training as needed for Board employees;

Assist in the development of commissions statements in Board platform for relevant sales groups;

Act as Point of Contact for commissions related questions and respond in timely manner to appropriate parties with accurate and professional answers.

What we look for:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills;

Experience with compensation tools and calculations in a fast-paced SaaS model environment;

Finance and/or analytical background preferred;

Proactive approach;

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to work cross-functionally to support multiple stakeholders.
