Über Ramon Viñas Torné:
I am a PhD student at the University of Cambridge supervised by Pietro Liò. My research investigates applications of machine learning in bioinformatics, with the aim of enhancing our understanding of the complex physiological processes and diseases that occur in living organisms. I am excited about the prospects of using artificial intelligence to make sense of the vast amounts of omics data that otherwise could not be grasped by the human mind.
Erfahrung
I have broad expertise in developing novel machine-learning methods for computational biology. I have worked at Google X and the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI).
Bildung
I am a last-year PhD student at the University of Cambridge, UK. Previously, I did a master's in machine learning at University College London (distinction).
