As a soon-to-be graduate from the Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS), with knowledge and experience in different departments of the hospitality industry (F&B Service, Reception, Kitchen, Banquet, Housekeeping and Operations) as well as a well rounded and impeccable level of customer service with clients/co-workers.
I would describe myself as a go-getter, an individual whom is organised, discreet, outgoing/social and fully dedicated in what I do.
I believe these allow me to give my all in daily tasks assigned to me as I am a perfect addition into any existing team.

Ausbildung
Throughout this training, I had the privilege of:
- Handling and serving a distinguished type of clientele (high personalities, diplomats/representatives, exclusive VIP’s and ambassadors).
- Assisting in the daily « mise en place » of the restaurant while regularly adapting the space for a high number of clients and for different events ( birthdays, buffets, VIP parties etc…).
- Listing down and refilling supplies and wines.
- Having an extensive knowledge of the menu card in order to advise the clients on the best food and beverages to order based on their preferences.
- Folding napkins in a classic way, polishing glasses and cuttleries with the highest care.
- Regularly checking on the customers regarding their satisfaction towards the food and drinks.
- Preparing different kind of cocktails on/off menu adapting them to the client’s desires.
- Setting up and closing the terrasse.
- Opening and closing daily accounts.
