As a creative and proactive individual, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can leverage my diverse skill set. My experience as Talent Acquisition Associate and Trainee in HR & Marketing at Straumann Group allowed me to craft engaging recruitment strategies and optimize HR processes. Additionally, my role as Dramaturg for the Theatergruppe "ManiActs" in Freiburg showcased my ability to innovate and support artistic productions. My background in Business Administration, combined with a hand for organization and communication, enables me to bring fresh, creative solutions to any team.

In my role as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Straumann Group, I managed the entire recruitment process for apprentices and interns, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and coordinating assessments. As a Trainee in HR & Marketing, I supported recruitment efforts, optimized job ads, and handled social media for employer branding. At apo.com, I managed social media platforms, created and updated marketing content, and led workshops. These roles have honed my skills in recruitment, employee engagement, marketing, and process optimization.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on People Management and Organization at Hochschule Luzern. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Fachhochschule Macromedia, where I graduated with a thesis on brand identity, receiving a grade of 1.7.
