Georgia Poveda

Currently at the end of my Bachelor in Management, I have 4 years of experience in administration as a receptionist at UCB Bulle, and am currently a volunteer at the Orchestre des Jeunes de Fribourg (OJF) as a Committee Secretary.

I have accumulated four years of experience in administration and am nearing the completion of my Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Fribourg. Currently, I work as a receptionist at UCB Farchim through Securitas AG. In this role, I handle multilingual reception duties, manage various administrative tasks such as phone reception, email and invoice management, and postal mailings. I am proficient in managing databases on Excel, providing support in human resources, finance, and facilities, and overseeing training on the TalentShare platform. Additionally, I translate documents from French to English and prepare monthly and annual reports.

Previously, I served as a security agent for SECURITAS SA, where I maintained security at a center for asylum seekers. My duties included monitoring and constant surveillance of asylum seekers, conducting searches of women upon their return to the center, and communicating in French, English, Spanish, and German. I also provided reception services at the Swiss Cyber Security Days at Forum Fribourg.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management at the University of Fribourg, which I started in February 2020. My studies have provided me with extensive knowledge in many fields such as management, organization, and logistics. Before this, I completed my gymnasial maturity at the Collège de Gambach in June 2018.
