• Supported the analysis of mosquito mortality rates to evaluate resistance, and developed a high-impact business case to the MoH, outlining product efficacy and cost savings of the product
• Developed a robust market entry strategy by using extensive in-country knowledge and network, resulting in the successful commercial deal of $100,000 between the firm and the Ministry of Health
• Utilized programme management skills to define activities and monitor project progress and budgets, to ensure the successful entry of the insecticide in the Ghana market
