Over the past 5 years, I have honed my skills in team management, strategic planning, and customer engagement, working for oneservice (known for their “Service Excellence” program) where I led several Teams. In this capacity, I was responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team environment. My leadership style is characterized by a focus on mentorship, empowerment, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

The luxury industry has always held a special allure for me, not only because of its emphasis on quality and exclusivity but also due to the profound emotional connection it creates with customers. I used to work for Globus at Zurich Bahnhofstrasse for arround one year and then got hired from oneservice to help them to expand their business worldwide due to my experience with start-ups. I then worked three years for them and assisted them to open up and expand the offices in Manchester, UK, Frankfurt a.M, DE and Dallas, TX. 

In my three year commercial apprenticship i was able to build up a start-up from scratch, which called primestay.
