Thank you for allowing me to draw your attention to my application as Teacher of English (Kindergarten – P4). As a qualified and experienced teacher, I am delighted to offer my experience in designing and delivering English lessons, and my passion for sharing and transmitting knowledge to young students. 

With a Master's degree in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), as well as more than 7 years of experience developing educational activities and programs, I am committed to support learners and ensure that they develop critical thinking skills, as well as a positive attitude towards learning. 

Furthermore, my international learning and teaching environment has led me to develop a great, plural understanding of the world, which allows me to bring an open, neutral, and enriching outlook, as I like to reflect it in my lessons.

As a language teacher, I have principally enjoyed my experience in the International School sections, where I have taught EAL (English as an Additional Language) from Primary to Secondary, since I admire the importance given to languages from an early age, and the quality of the education leading to the IB program. I am also a recognized English Teacher in Swiss public schools (CDIP).

Serenity, commitment, and flexibility are qualities that complete my profile. I have often been defined as an organized, respectful, trustworthy, and empathetic person by supervisors. Letters of recommendation from my previous academic directors are available.

Celia Munoz Diaz

For 7 years I have been teaching English and Spanish, both in primary and secondary schools in France and Switzerland. I particularly appreciated my former teaching job in the International School of Institut Montana Zugerberg, in canton Zoug, before relocating in Lausanne. I taught English as an Additional Language from early Primary to Secondary, giving students the support they needed to suceed in all of their English subjects. I also taught Spanish as a First and Second language.   

I hold two degrees: English, and Translation (English, French, Spanish). I specialised in English teaching by completing my Masters' degree in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). I started my studies in Madrid, Spain, and continued them in Oklahoma, USA (Franklin scholarship) and Manchester, UK (Erasmus scholarship).
