Expertly delivered and developed innovative industrial solutions in sectors like Oil & Gas, Chemistry, Energy, Food Industry and Pharma, optimizing costs and driving strategic investments.

Orchestrated engineering team coordination in Fano, Italy, for project development, and managed procurement teams in Parma and Fano to meet engineering requisitions and budgetary constraints. Supervised Expediter's team and effectively managed organizational structures including OBS, WBS, and CBS, alongside economic and financial budgeting for cash flow. Ensured resource coordination (employees, customers, partners, subcontractors), enhancing organizational efficiency.
