-        Developed and implemented a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for sales, marketing and services, encompassing market analysis, segmentation, market entry planning and channel development.

-        Set-up and entrenched a fit-for-purpose CRM (Salesforce) incorporating process optimization of sales, marketing, and segmentation as well as sales pipeline and enablement tools.

-        Established a global sales channel roadmap, built relationships, aligned mutual expectations and secured agreements.

-        Initiated digital services including cloud-based solution and data

analytics.

-        On-boarded the business unit, devised and implemented sales and service channel strategy with a clear focus on redefining the value chain.

-        Restructured the entire regions channel network to completely phase out all legacy products.

-        Redefined market pricing and launched a whole new lineup of high-value hardware along with cloud-based software and value-added services.

-        Integrated into the customers ecosystem, optimized their ROI and locked out the competition.

-        Earned #1 position in the top 5 strategic regional key accounts.

-        Led project in Turkey to setup an own legal entity and transition >5million USD business from the local channel partner.

-        Achieved a smooth transition and good market acceptance.

-        Devised and implemented a channel partner strategy that redefined the service value proposition and pricing, aligning the sales channel accordingly.

-        Rolled out comprehensive group program enabling database management, segment marketing, lead generation, services and install base management.

-        Maximized strategic account penetration through professional services, remote support, maintenance contracts and consumables.

-        Turned around declining business to 14% growth, approximately 8% incremental growth.

-        Build up industrial and product inspection team, re-structured, and grew it into a sustainable, profitable business, doubling revenues in 4 years to > 12 mio
