With a robust six-year track record, I specialize in analyzing Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data, leveraging my deep understanding of genomics to derive meaningful insights from complex biological data. My expertise encompasses various bioinformatics tools and techniques, including data preprocessing, quality control, genomic variant analysis, and functional genomics.

Alongside my bioinformatics skills, I have excelled as an IT manager, overseeing server infrastructure critical for high-throughput data analysis. My role as an IT manager has honed my skills in network security, system administration, and the optimization of computational resources to support large-scale genomic projects.

My dual expertise in bioinformatics and IT management has enabled me to bridge the gap between biological data analysis and robust IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration of computational resources with scientific objectives. I am passionate about using my interdisciplinary skills to advance the field of genomics and contribute to groundbreaking research in life sciences.
