V-ZUG Internal Communications

In diesem spannenden und vielseitigen Praktikum kannst du deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen und auf der gesamten Klaviatur der internen Kommunikation spielen. So trägst du zur Stärkung der internen Reputation und des Employer Brands bei, und zwar in allen Regionen der V-ZUG Gruppe.

Das bietet dir die Stelle

Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von internen Kommunikationskampagnen und -strategien
Du entwirfst ansprechende, kreative und zielgruppengerechte Inhalte für interne Mitteilungen, Podcasts, das Intranet und weitere Kommunikationsplattformen
Du unterstützt bei der Einführung unseres neuen Gruppen-Intranets
Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, sammelst Informationen und stimmst diese ab, um kongruente Botschaften sicherzustellen
Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Koordinierung von internen Veranstaltungen
Du überwachst und analysierst die Wirksamkeit interner Kommunikationsmassnahmen und gibst Empfehlungen für Verbesserungen ab

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit

Du verfügst über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Kommunikation, Marketing, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit oder einem verwandten Bereich
Deine schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache sind herausragend und du hast einen scharfen Blick für Details. Kenntnisse der französischen oder italienischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
Deine Passion für Kommunikation und all ihre Facetten ist deutlich spürbar
Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement aus und bist in der Lage, Aufgaben effektiv zu priorisieren
Mit deiner proaktiven Einstellung bist du bereit zu lernen und neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen
Du beherrschst die MS365 Palette und bist vertraut mit Kommunikationsmitteln und -plattformen
Erfahrungen oder Praktika im Bereich Kommunikation oder in einem verwandten Bereich sind von Vorteil und runden dein Profil ab
