Office Manager ENG/FR


On behalf of a well-established financial company in Geneva, we are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Office Manager to join its team.


  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain accurate filing and records system
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, event's organization etc.)
  • Welcome and handle visitors' request
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as procedures management
  • Record office expenditure (Invoices, Petty Cash)
  • Budget management
  • Maintain office condition and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Prepare reports for senior management and deliver presentations
  • Travel and Hotel arrangements
  • HR management (contracts, permits, contact with local authorities,)

Your profile

  • 5+ experience in a similar position working
  • Experience within the Banking and Financial sector, or Family Office is a plus
  • Excellent English and French knowledge is a must
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills and ability to interact with various levels of management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills: attention to details and quality, ability to prioritize, to follow up, to respect confidentiality
  • Dynamic, respectful and positive personality with a proactive and very reactive attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools
  • Swiss nationality or Working Permit C, Swiss residency
