The Hotel Royal-St.Georges Interlaken - MGallery Collection is a traditional 4-star superior hotel part of Accor, the largest hotel chain in Europe, located in the center of Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland. Managed under a management contract, its customer mix includes individual private and business travelers, seminar guests, and group travelers from around the world.
- Maintain an overview of all room bookings while adhering to quality standards.
- Efficient yield management to optimize occupancy and maximize revenues.
- Handling of group reservations.
- Complete responsibility for rate loading on all distribution channels.
- Proper handling and maintenance of our PMS system, online distribution partner systems including data maintenance for these systems.
- Control of online presence.
- Updates to all relevant computer systems and platforms.
- Analysis and monitoring of market activities and competitors.
- Proactive upselling.
- Assistance in forecasting, pricing, and sales strategy development, as well as contract negotiations.
- Monitoring of the Revenue Management System IDEAS.
- Completed professional training and 2-5 years of experience in the hotel industry.
- Excellent language skills in German, English, and French (preferably).
- Work experience as a revenue employee with IDEAS knowledge.
- Polite manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- Friendliness, warmth, flexibility, resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident demeanor.
- Service-oriented work.
