We are looking for an experienced
Chief Financial Officer (M/F) for one of our portfolio companies.

The CFO is responsible for directing the following areas:

• Accounting
• Treasury
• Corporate Finance
• Financial Planning and Analysis

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Wire Transfer, Depreciation, General Ledger and other traditional accounting functions
• Identify, Implement, document and maintain a strong system of Internal Financial Controls
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual tax return
• Coordinate the annual institutional audit
• Monitor cash balances to both cover expenditures and maximize earnings
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements. Provide analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends to enhance business performance in sales and overall company profitability
• Develop metrics that track profitability and EBITDA on a product line, business and customer basis. Work with business leaders to identify triggers to mitigate impediments to positive business performance
• Drive annual business planning process; facilitating meetings, monitoring KPI processes and statuses
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic recommendations and decisionmaking around business strategy, programming, sourcing, distribution and digital platforms
• Analyze all aspects of operations, structure, and spending patterns to help identify opportunities with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency
• Track the pacing and performance of investments and identify potential risks and opportunities
• Support the implementation of ERP system, systems development and improved analytics
• Monitor the financial condition of the business through the collection, interpretation and analysis of key financial metrics

Qualifications

• 10 + years of Accounting/ Financial experience with progressive levels of responsibility
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills
• Fluency in German and English

Additional Information

As a future CFO you will have the chance/obligation to co-invest into the target company (Management Buy In MBI) alongside with CONSTELLATION and the existing management team.
