As a supply Operations Lead you will oversee and manage the company's overall Supply Chain and Demand Planning strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.


What you will do:

  • Provide leadership, coaching and management of the SC planning team ensuring continuous development of the team as well as individual.
  • Manages Team performance effectively, setting clear objectives and appropriate follow up.
  • Conduct employee recruitment, promotion and retention activities within SC area.
Oversees and acts on performance to meet SC KPI's in line with overall Business and NTO Objectives.

  • Supervise, coordinate and develop Supply planning team in management activities.
  • Oversee daily activities of team and provide guidance as needed.
  • Analyse KPIs and troubleshoot demand / supply related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with team to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities.
  • Coordinate forecast update for new products / transfers, seasonal products, discounts, promotions, tenders or any event that could have an impact on the sales forecast.
  • Oversees translation of the sales forecasts and projected inventory levels into delivery schedules ensuring minimum Write off, the best Customer Service possible and proper inventory control.
  • Set the most optimal order policy (SST, MOQ, inventory levels) for reaching the supply strategy minimum risk of Write off and the best Customer Service possible.
  • Coordinates the activities of the Supply Chain team.
  • Participates in the MBR/S&OP with the suppliers.
oversee the warehouse operations including reception of the goods, inventory movements and inventory accuracy.

  • To plan and manages physical inventory count.
  • Supervises Supply Chain team to approve on time changes in Material and Supply Master Data ensuring 100% of accuracy on the information.

Minimum requirements

Education:
- (required) Bachelor of Pharmacy, Science or Commerce
- (Desired) Logistics & computer studies
- minimum 5 years in similar function
