- ChemOps Switzerland is an important part of Novartis Technical Operations focusing on the launch of innovative Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). We work together with many partners to ensure products reach markets fast and in good quality. Therefore this job includes a broad range of diversified activities and interactions.
- As a Postgraduate in QA Operations you will support our manufacturing unit in all GMP (Good manufacturing practice) aspects allowing enough flexibility to ensure quick and agile launch services with the focus to ensure the quality of our APIs.
- Preferred start date: as soon as possible
- Latest start date: August 2023
- Duration: 18 months
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Review of analytical documents (testing monographs, validation documents) and analytical change requests
- Be part of lab investigation teams and review investigations
- Review and approval of qualification documents for laboratory equipment along with the validation of the equipment's associated software
- Represent ChemOps CH Quality in working groups and scientific networks across Novartis
- Gain experience working in a GMP environment in an agile expert team

Minimum requirements
- What you'll bring to the role:
- Education: Recent Bachelor / Master / PhD graduate (completed in past ca. 12 months) in chemistry field, preferably with focus on Analytics
- Languages: Proficient in both English and German
- Analytical knowledge and skills
- Detailoriented, good communication skills, good team player
