    For a client, we are seeking a Cash Reconciliation Specialist - Temporary 12 month position.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Reconcile cash accounts for all entities
    • Manually enter statements for unreconciled accounts
    • Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies daily
    • Maintain a list of outstanding cash amounts
    • Handle current files and chase missing statements

    Customer wire investigations:

    • Thorough understanding of Cash Transfer activities (MT103 - MT202, etc.)
    • Proficient in roles of each party in wire payments
    • Compose swift messages (e.g. MTx99 - MTx95 - MTx96, etc.)
    • Responsible for end-to-end investigation process
    • Familiarity with compliance matters
    • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential

    Required Profile:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in cash reconciliation or customer wire investigations
    • Understanding of Back-Office operations
    • Familiarity with GTMatch, GTExchange, Globus (preferred)
    • Proficient in MS Office suite
    • Native French speaker, fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
    • Solution-focused, team player, stress-tolerant
    • Demonstrates flexibility, precision, and proactive approach
