Taurus is the European leading digital asset infrastructure provider for banks, corporates and private companies. Using blockchain technology, its platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, tokenized assets (such as NFTs), digital currencies, and stable coins.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.

The specific role of the UX / UI designer is to lead design work across products (desktop & mobile), websites and marketing assets (online / offline).

You will be part of the UX/UI team and will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams.

Tasks

Own the endtoend design process from concept testing to creating mockups across format: desktop, mobile.
Build a design system including the development of a UI framework pattern libraries for building new features (UX study, approval on UI, export)
Design user screens and clickable prototypes
Engage closely with developers to design and implement accessible, responsive and consistent User Interfaces improvements
Support marketing materials creation across online and offline touchpoints (social media assets, product brochure, events, etc
Collaborate closely with marketing, product team to understand business and technical requirements
Map existing internal processes to visual flowcharts

Requirements:

7+ years work experience in product design, working as part of the product development process, ideally in the Fintech industry
Expert in translating designs into actionable (code) items
Experienced in creating design systems
Perfect knowledge of standard UX/UI software: Figma, Sketch, InVision and the like
Perfect knowledge of responsiveness
Knowledge of animation software is a plus (After effects, Spline, others )
Knowledge of UX standard (user personas, surveys, etc)
Knowledge of gamification tips to increase conversions in web and mobile
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
Teamworker, precise, organized, autonomous, openminded, selfstarter, fastlearner, handson and resultoriented
Curious with interest in digital assets: cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
Obsessed with user experience and user journey simplification
Solid grasp of usercentric design, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility concerns
Fluent in English. French is a plus
