We are looking for a highly creative and innovative Product Communications Manager B2C who loves to establish and further develop services by using engaging communications to help people looking for a job.

YOUR TASKS:

You produce communications material targeted towards helping jobseekers find a job in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
You conceptualise, implement and test communications strategies to different B2C target audiences
You pursue strategic partnerships in HR Service area and implement them in our B2C service offering
You actively shape the customer journey and engage in customer interactions

YOUR SKILLS:

You have a Bachelor or Master's degree, ideally in a Marketing, Communications or Business Management related field
You bring 3+ years' experience in Content and/or Communications / Marketing, preferably in the B2C area
You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects across various clients/stakeholders and to guide and assist project developments
You describe yourself as a continuous learner with an entrepreneurial style and great interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of a team
You have exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills in English and either German or French
